binbash (“we”, “us”) is an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. The AI Use Case Lab (“Service”) is a free assessment tool that helps startups identify and prioritize AI/ML use cases. This policy explains how we handle the data you provide when using the Service.

When you use the AI Use Case Lab, you voluntarily provide:

• Your first name, last name, and email address
• Company name, industry, stage, and team size
• AWS monthly spend and AI/ML experience level
• Product description and business challenges
• Assessment scores you assign to recommended use cases

We collect your name and email address so our team can follow up with relevant consulting services.

Your business profile is processed in two ways:

• AI Analysis— Your data is sent to Anthropic's Claude model via AWS Bedrock to generate tailored AI use case recommendations and a prioritized implementation roadmap.
• Sales Notification — Your contact information and a summary of your assessment results are sent to the binbash sales team so we can follow up with relevant consulting services.

Your data is shared with:

• AWS Bedrock (Anthropic Claude) — For AI-powered analysis. Subject to AWS Service Terms.
• binbash sales team — For commercial follow-up regarding AI/ML consulting services.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

Assessment data is processed in-session and is not persisted in any database. Once your browser session ends, the data is no longer accessible through the Service. The notification email sent to our sales team is retained in accordance with our internal email retention policies.

You have the right to:

• Decline to use the Service (consent is voluntary)
• Request deletion of any data we hold about your company
• Ask questions about how your data is processed
